Glue berries pickle


INGREDIENTS
MUSTARD OIL -100 GM
FENNEL SEEDS- 3 BIG SPOON
MUSTARD SEEDS -2 TBSP
FENUGREEK -3 TSP
CAROM SEEDS - 2 TBSP
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
TURMERIC POWDER -1 TBSP
ASAFOETIDA (HEENG )-1 PINCH
GLUE BERRIES (LASODE )- 1/2 KG
RAW MANGO - SMALL ( GRATED)


METHOD

First ,wash glue berries and pluck it as shown in picture. ( With cap).



Boil lasode in the  pressure cooker for one whistle.
Remove  water from boiled lasode.
 

Dry these boiled lasode for two hours.
Remove caps from lasode.
Do roast fennel seeds and Fenugreek.
Grind these spices in mixer after cooling.
Heat mustard oil  for 2 minutes.

Add  2 TSP fennel seeds, 1tsp fenugreek, mustard seeds, carom seeds, and asafoetida in the oil.
Switch off the flame after 2 minutes.
Add lasode in  the oil and thick mixture of fennel seeds and fenugreek(which is grinded in  the mixi).
Add grated raw mango in it.

Pour this pickle in a container.
Shake it  once or thrice in a day.
Don’t forget to that lasode should be fully covered with mustard oil.
After 5 days lasode pickle is ready to eat. If you like my recipes then follow for more .
