EGG BHAJI

INGREDIENTS

EGGS -  3 TO 4 (HALF BOILED+GRATED)
ONIONS - 1.5 ( FINELY CHOPPED)
MUSTARD OIL - 1 CUP
MEAT MASALA - 2TBSP
KASURI METHI - 3 TBSP
CUMIN SEEDS - 2 TBSP
BLACK PEPPER -1 TBSP
SALT -ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TBSP
DRY CORIANDER POWDER - 2 TBSP
WATER - 1 CUP
GREEN CHILI - 4 TO 5
GREEN CORIANDER CHUTNEY -3 BIG SPOON
TOMATO -3 MASHED

METHOD

First peel half boiled eggs carefully.
Now grate these eggs .
Heat mustard oil and add chopped onion .
Roast onions till it become brown.
Add  powder of roasted Sabut masala like coriander seeds, pepper,cumin seeds and kasuri methi.
Add green chutney and tomato paste.
Add some water.
Roast this till it left oil.
Add grated eggs , meat masala and  chopped ginger.
Our special egg bhaji is ready to serve.
