MUSHROOM KI SABJI

INGREDIENTS

MASHROOM - 200 GM
ONION -3 GM
GREEN CHILLI -2 OR 3
GINGER -1 PIECE
GARLIC -5  TO 8 PIECES
CURD - 3 BIG SPOON
GARAM MASALA -2 TBSP
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER - 2 TSP
CORIANDER POWDER -1 TBSP
TURMERIC POWDER - 2 TSP
GREEN CORIANDER - 1 BUNCH
BAY LEAF -2
BLACK PEPPER - 1 TBSP
BLACK CARDAMOM - 1
CINNAMON -2
CLOVES -5-6
CUMIN SEEDS -1 TBSP 
MUSTARD OIL - 5 TBSP 

METHOD

Firstly make the paste of chilli, garlic,& ginger.
Cut onion and fried it till it become brown in colour.
After cooling  fried onions make a fine paste.
Meanwhile cut the 🍄 mushrooms and marinate it with curd .
Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder,and kasurimethi in it.Now add  cumin seeds &all sabut masala in the oil and heat it .
Add  onion paste, garlic ,ginger, green chilli paste in the marinated mushroom and fry it for two three minutes.
Now cover it with lid and cook it for 5 to 15 minutes.
Stir it with soft hands 4 to 5 times.
Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve it with chapati and parantha.
This is  spicy 🔥 and delicious Homemade mushroom sabji.
