CHOWMIEN

INGREDIENTS

CHOWMIEN - 1 PACK 
VINEGAR - 5-6 SPOONS
TOMATO SAUCE - 3 SPOONS
CHILLI SAUCE - 3-4 TBSP
SOYA SAUCE -  2-3 TBSP
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
VEGETABLE OIL - 1 CUP
WATER - 1/2 LITRE( CHAUMIN SHOULD BE SOAKED IN WATER)

VEGETABLES

CARROT 🥕-  4-5 FINELY CHOPPED
CABBAGE- 1/2 FINELY CHOPPED
CAPSICUM - 5-6 GREEN CAPSICUM ( YOU CAN TAKE YELLOW RED, AND GREEN CAPSICUM TOO).
ONIONS - 2-3 CHOPPED
GARLIC - 10 PIECES ( FINELY CHOPPED)
GREEN CHILLI - 3-4 ( IT'S OPTIONAL)

METHOD

Firstly you have to boil chowmien in  the water for 5-10 minutes.
Don't forget to add some oil and salt in boiling water.
Meanwhile I had chopped all the vegetables.
Now you have to remove water by seive it and spread  all the noodles on the plate.
After 15 minutes you have to keep it in refrigerator for sometime .
 It will provide smoothy texture to noodles.
Now you have to saute  vegetables,and stir  it  like it will be half cooked.

Now  you have to add all sauces and vinegar to it and add noodle  and stir it like as shown in pic and vdo.
Serve your chowmien to children and elders.
This is Chinese dish and favourite of all.
I love to eat it because it is very nutritious because of all veges .
