Sabudana khichdi

INGREDIENTS
 
SABUDANA -  2.5 CUP ( MEDIUM SIZE)
WATER - 4 CUP
GREEN CHILLI - 4 CHOPPED ( FINELY)
BOILED POTATO - 4 (MEDIUM SIZE)
VEGETABLE OIL - 4 TBSP
PEANUTS - (ROASTED )1 CUP
CURD -  FOR TASTE ( IT'S TOTALLY OPTIONAL)
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP

METHOD

Firstly  wash and soak sabudana in the water for 20 minutes.
Water should be on the level of sabudana.
Roast peanuts in the microwave for  30 seconds.
After 20 minutes, microwave  soaked sabudana for 15 seconds.
Take oil in the pan.
Add salt ( I have take sendha namak) ,chilli powder,mashed boiled potato, chopped  green chilli, and roasted peanuts in the oil.
Now add sabudana.
Mix it well.
Sabudana khichdi is ready to serve.
Garnish it with green coriander ( chopped).
You can serve this healthy and nutritious khichdi with fresh curd.
This recipe  of khichdi  is  easy to make and  full of fibre , digestive properties.
Sabudana is beneficial for heart,hair,and bone health.
It has anti aging quality.
Sabudana khichdi is mainly  prepared  for fasting.
