Makhana raita

INGREDIENTS

CURD -ONE BOWL (BLENDED)
CHAAT MASALA - 1/4 TSP
ROASTED CUMIN POWDER - 1 PINCH
FOX NUTS -1 CUP
GHEE - 1 TBSP
BLACK SALT - 1 PINCH
NORMAL SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
BLACK PEPPER - 1/2 TBSP
RED CHILLI POWDER - IT'S OPTIONAL
MELON SEEDS - FOR GARNISHING 


Method

Firstly take ghee in apan and heat it.
Add fox nuts( called  as makhana)and roast it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Take chilled curd and add all the  masala in it.
At last add roasted fox nuts in the  curd and  can garnish it with coriander leaves or pomegranate. I have used melon seeds for garnishing.
Your fox nuts raita is ready to serve.
You can take it with parantha ,pulav or chapati.
 It is very healthy to consume.
It offers multiple benefits and can be used in your every day life.It is rich in nutrients and plays an important role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.Makhana are low in calories and cholesterol,rich in protein, calcium, pottasium,and magnesium as well as good amount of fibre.
