Stuffed ladyfinger

INGREDIENTS

LADY FINGER - 250 GM
PEANUTS POWDER -2 BIG SPOON
GRATED COCONUT - FRESH -3 SPOON
LEMON JUICE 🍋- FOR INCREASING TASTE
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - 1 TBSP
GARAM MASALA - 1/2 TBSP
MUSTARD OIL - 1 SCOOP
FENEL SEEDS - 1/2 TSP
WATER - 4 TBSP
AMCHUR POWDER -1 TO 1.5 TBSP ( ACCORDING TO TASTE)
CORIANDER LEAVES - OPTIONAL

METHOD
Wash lady finger and cut small part from one side and another side (ie cap side)
Do one long cut  in all the lady fingers in between .
Grind the roasted peanuts  ( peanuts should be peel off).
Make a filling mixture of roasted peanuts ,  grated coconut,salt , turmeric powder amchur powder,fenel seeds,garam masala,and salt.
Now our filling mixture is ready for stuffing.
Take a pan with hot oil.
Add mixture filled lady finger in the pan .
Cook it for 10 minutes .
To cook you can add some water.
Cover the lid for 4 minutes and switch off the flame.
Serve in a bowl and can garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice for taste
You can serve it with roti, paranthas and rice.
