SPROUT SALAD
INGREDIENTS
SABUT MOONG DAL ( GREEN) - SPROUT
CUCUMBER -1/2 CHOPPED FINELY
TOMATO - CHOPPED FINELY
ONION - CHOPPED FINELY
PEANUTS - ROASTED 1 BIG SPOON
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1/2 TSP
POMEGRANATE - 3 TBSP
LEMON JUICE - SOME DROPS
BIKANERI BHUJIA - OPTIONAL
METHOD
Mix all the chopped veges in the sprouts.( Here I have used home made sprouts).
Add salt and red chilli powder.
Add roasted peanuts.
Mix some drops of lemon juice.
Garnish with some pomegranate .
Add some bikaneri bhujia to enhance the taste.( Its totally optional).
Your healthy & tasty sprout salad is ready to eat.If you want to add more veges then you can .
One bowl of sprout salad is sufficient to satisfy your hunger.You can take it as snack or as breakfast because it is full of proteins and iron.
