Amrood ki chutney

INGREDIENTS

 FRESH GUAVA - 2 (MEDIUM SIZE)
CORIANDER -   1 BUNCH
GINGER - 1 INCH PIECE
BLACK SALT - 2 PINCH
NORMAL SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
LEMON JUICE -2 TBSP
GREEN CHILLI - 3 
CUMIN POWDER - 1 TBSP (ROASTED )

 METHOD

Wash guava and remove the portion of seeds.It is also known as amrood.
Take all  ingredients like guava,salt,cumin powder,chilli,ginger,coriander in jar and add some water.
Grind this mixture.
Your amrood chutney ( Guava sauce) is ready  to serve with chapati & onions.
We can serve this chutney with rice and parantha too.
 Amrood is effective in controlling weight,aids in managing thyroid, metabolism and continue to keep you healthy. we are adding some coriander because it nourish eyes, detoxify heavy metals from body, prevent heart disease and keep our immune system strong.
