Desi Pasta
INGREDIENTS
PASTA - 3 BOWL
OIL- 3 TBSP
MUSTERED SEEDS - 1 TBSP
ONION - 1 FINELY CHOPPED ( BIG)
TOMATOES -4 CHOPPED
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER - ACCORDING TO TASTE
GREEN CHILLI - 3 CHOPPED
TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 TSP
GREEN CORIANDER - I BUNCH CHOPPED
WATER - FOR BOILING PASTA
METHOD
When it looks little soft, cover the lid ( for 4 minutes)and switch off the gas.
Seive pasta and remove water.
Now take oil in the pan.
Add mustard seeds,onion, tomato, chilli, and coriander.
Mix salt ,red chilli powder, turmeric powder and boil pasta in it.
Your Desi style pasta is ready.
You can serve it with green coriander chutney and tomato sauce,and bikaneri Sev.
This is very healthy dish because I had used samolina pasta in it . You can use more veges to make more tasty to my desi pasta on your own.
