COCONUT CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS

COCONUT - 1 BOWL ( CHOPPED)
BHUNA CHANA - 1/2 BOWL
ROASTED PEANUTS - 1/2 BOWL
GREEN CHILLI - 4
WATER - 1/3  CUP
MUSTARD SEEDS - 2 TSP
CURRY LEAVES - 10 - 12
GHEE/ OIL - 2 TBSP
DRY RED CHILLI - 3-4
 
METHOD

Add chana, coconut, peanuts,salt,curd,and water in a mixer.
Grind it well.
You can add water to maintain consistency. Our coconut chutney is ready.
For tempering  pour ghee in a pan .
Add mustard seeds,curry leaves,dry red chilli.
Add this tempering in a coconut chutney.
We can serve this coconut chutney with idli sambhar & mendu Vada .
We love  to eat this chutney  with chapati  too.
