VEGETABLE SOUP
INGREDIENTS
CHOPPED CABBAGE - 1 CUP
CHOPPED MUSHROOM - ½ CUP
CHOPPED CARROTS - 1 CUP
CHOPPED CAULIFLOWER - 1 CUP
CHOPPED SPRING ONION - 1 CUP
WATER - 4 CUP
PANEER - ½ CUP ( FINELY CHOPPED)
SOYA SAUCE- 1.5 SPOON
CORNFLOUR -1 SPOON
VINEGAR - 2 TBSP
BAY LEAF - 1
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
BLACK PEPPER -½ TSP
METHOD
Firstly heat a pressure cooker & add 1 TSP vegetable oil in it .
Add bay leaf and all chopped veggies .
Stir the veggies for 1 minute.
Add salt and pepper.
Now add water.
Give one whistle to soup.
Open the pressure cooker after 10 seconds.
Add 1 spoon cornflour in 1/2 bowl of water and mix it in the cooker and stir it to make soup thick.
At last add vinegar and soya sauce.
Serve hot and healthy veggies soup for your loved ones.
This soup is very healthy , tasty and can be prepared in 10 minutes.
