Donut

INGREDIENTS


ALL PURPOSE FLOUR - 2.15 CUP

SALTED BUTTER - ¼ CUP

DRY ACTIVE YEAST -¼ TSP

MILK -¾ CUP

SUGAR POWDER - 2 TBSP

OIL - FOR FRY

 

FOR GLAZING


MELTED  DARK CHOCOLATE -1.5 CUP

SPRINKLE - ¼ CUP


METHOD


 Firstly  take all purpose four in a bowl.

Add melted butter,yeast,and sugar in flour.

There is no need for salt because  we are taking salted butter.

If you add normal butter then you can  add a pinch of salt in it.

Make a  dough with the help of milk.

Dough should not be too tight or too loose.

Make small balls of dough.

Now roll them to make chapati ( 1.5 cm thick ) and cut it into a round shape with the help of a bowl or cutter.

Now cut a small circle in between the donuts .

Apply some oil by brushing on the donuts.

Keep aside these donuts for 2 .5 hours.

Heat oil in the pan.

After 2.5 hours, fry these donuts on low flame.

Now  dust sugar powder on them.

Apply melted chocolate on them .

Garnish donuts by sprinkles.

Donuts are ready to serve.

You can store it in the refrigerator.

These are very popular among children.
