Peanut truffles


INGREDIENTS


FOR TART


PURPOSE FLOUR - ½ CUP

HOMEMADE BUTTER- 1/4 CUP

SUGAR POWDER- ¼ TBSP

BAKING POWDER- ¼ TSP

SALT - ½  PINCH

ICE COLD WATER - 1  TO 2TBSP 

Peanut 🥜- crushed (25 peeled peanut s)


 FOR TRUFFLE


PEANUT BUTTER - ½ CUP

DARK CHOCOLATE - ½  CUP


METHOD


Firstly preheat the oven at 230 degree centigrade. Sieve flour, baking powder and salt together. 

Add sugar,butter and ice cold water.

Knead a hard dough.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Roll out the dough  and prick it with a fork

all over.

Bake at 230 c for 10 to 15 minutes at convection mode.

Now set aside to cool  them.

Tart is ready.

Now grind this tart in mixi to make a smooth mixture.

Add peanut butter in this mix .

Take moulds and fill with this mixture ( peanut butter and tart) in  it. Our truffles are ready.


Now  we will melt the dark chocolate and  mix crushed peanuts .Then will cover  every truffle  with this chocolate.



Refrigerate these  choco dip truffles for 20 minutes.

Our delicious peanut  truffles are ready to serve.
