Til ke laddu

INGREDIENTS


SESAME SEEDS (TIL) - 2.5 CUP

JAGGERY - 1. 5 CUP

CARDAMOM POWDER - 1 PINCH

GHEE - 1 TSP


METHOD


Firstly, take a pan with a heavy bottom.

Now roast sesame seeds on the low flame for 3- 4 minutes.

Stir it continuously till seeds flourish

Now switch off the flame.

Grind seeds,jaggery, cardamom powder,and ghee together.

Now make  small laddu with the help of a palm.

These laddus are very healthy and delicious in taste.

 Sesame seeds generate heat & energy in the body and it's numerous beauty.

It  is good for hair & loaded with nutrition that makes it a must have in your winter diet.It has antiages properties & boosts skin ,dental and bone health.

It Improves digestion and  helps to fight stress & depression.
