Namkeen Dalia
INGREDIENTS
WHEAT DALIA- 2 CUP
RICE TUKDA - ⅓ CUP
DAL MOONG(SPLIT & SKINNED GREEN GRAM) - ½ CUP
CARROT 🥕 - 2 CHOPPED
PEAS - 2 CUP
ONION - 1 FINELY CHOPPED
TOMATO 🍅 - 2 CHOPPED
OIL -½ CUP
WATER - 5 CUP
SALT- ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TBSP.
METHOD
Firstly roast Dalia till it becomes light brown in colour.
Dal and rice should be soaked in water.
Now, take a pressure cooker.
Add oil in it and switch on the flame.
Add onion and tomato,and saute for a few minutes.
Add roasted Dalia, dal and rice.
Add chopped carrots and peas.
Add salt ,and red chilli powder.
Add 5 cup water to the cooker.
Now ,cook this dalia till 2 whistles.
After 5 to 10 seconds, open the lid .
Our namkeen Dalia is ready to serve.
You can eat this healthy dish with green coriander chutney.
To make it more spicy and tasty,you can add namkeen bhujia or Sev on the top of it.
Try this healthy and delicious dish.
This is my favourite dish and I cook Dalia in the evening as my dinner.
Dalia is rich in fibre, immunity booster and a complete meal.It is very nutritious and healthy food.
