PUNJABI PINNI
INGREDIENTS
WHEAT FLOUR - 1 KG
MAWA- 1/2 KG
GHEE - ½ KG
GOND - 50 GM
TAGAR - 25O GM
CASHEW NUTS - 50 GM
ALMONDS - 50 GM
CARDAMOM POWDER - 1 TBSP
METHOD
Firstly, take 1 cup of ghee in the pan.
Switch on the flame and heat it.
Add Gond in the ghee & roast it.
Now separate Gond in another bowl.
After cooling, grind this Gond in a mixer grinder.
Now grind dry fruits and make a fine mixture.
Now add flour and roast it in the ghee till it becomes brown and gives a sweet smell.
Then add the mixture of gond and dry fruits in it. cardamom powder in roasted flour to make punjabi pinni.
Then add tagar in flour and stir it .
Now switch off the flame.
Now you have to bind pinni you can make ladoos or any shape you want.
So, this is my recipe to make punjabi pinni.
These pinni's are very delicious and healthy. You can have this in the winter season.
