Gajar ka halwa


INGREDIENTS


CARROT - 2 KG

SUGAR - 2.5 CUP

MILK - 2 KG

GHEE - 2 TBSP

MALAI - 1 CUP ( FRESH)

MAWA - 1 CUP ( OPTIONAL)

DRY FRUITS -  CASHEW NUTS, ALMONDS( FINELY CHOPPED)

CARDAMOM POWDER - 2 PINCH (OPTIONAL)


METHOD

Firstly wash and peel all carrots.

Grind all carrots. I  used mixer grinder to grind 🥕 carrots.

Boil  the milk and add grinded carrots in it.

Flame should be high.

Stir  it  continuously.

When quantity of milk  is reduced and remain slightly wet then add malai in it.(You can also add mawa)

Add sugar  and stir till it become dry.

Now add nuts and ghee.

You can add cardamom powder for  flavor.

Carrot halwa is ready  to serve . Enjoy  hot gajar ka halwa. 

This is an Indian sweet dish prepared in the winter season. All  people like it .It is called gajar ka halwa.

It is very delicious and easy to cook.

It's preparation time is 45 minutes.

This quantity is sufficient for 8 persons.
