ENERGY BALLS

INGREDIENTS


JAGGERY - 100 GM

ALMONDS - 1 BOWL

WHITE SESAME SEEDS -¼ BOWL

FLAX SEEDS - 1BOWL

ROASTED PEANUTS - 1.25 BOWL

GHEE - 3 TBSP

WATER - 4 CUP


METHOD


Firstly take a pan and turn on the flame.

Roast all the seeds one by one.

Keep all seeds for cooling.

Grind all the seeds and roasted peanuts together.

Make sure that mixture  should be fine.

Take some chopped jaggery and add water in it.

Keep Boling till its consistency becomes thick.

Now keep jaggery liquid for cooling.

When it is little hot then add a fine mixture of peanuts and seeds.

Make small balls with the help of palm.and you can use some ghee also.

Your ladoos are ready to serve. You can  keep them in a container for 10 days. They are very healthy and delicious for  children .

Peanuts are full of protein,fiber, carbohydrates,iron,copper,zinc,vitamin-E , vitamin B-1, vitamin B-3,and minerals.

Flax seeds are loaded with nutrients.rich in fibre , improve cholesterol,lower blood pressure, and contain high quality Protein. good for weight control.

All seeds including sesame seeds are very good for our health and perfect diet for everyone. Jaggery also has its qualities.

 So  do include energy balls in your diet. It is very good and helps in reducing weight .
