INGREDIENTS
JAMUN -50 GM
MILK -1/2 GLASS
POWDERED SUGAR - 1.5 SPOON
ICE CREAM - WHICH IS AVAILABLE
CHOCO CHIPS - 5 -7
METHOD
Wash jamun and separate all seeds from this.
Mash jamun pulp in mixer.
Add milk & sugar powder( it is optional) in it.
Keep in fridge for one day.
Add ice cream.
Jamun shake is ready to serve.
Garnish with choco chips.
It is best for stomach pain ,dibities,and arthritis.
It improves health of skin & eyes.
Black plum improves hemoglobin count.
It is full of vitamin c and iron.
It keeps our heart healthy.
It prevents infection.
It strengthens gums & teeths.
