Sattu drink and sattu churma

INGREDIENTS
1.FOR FIRST RECIPE-

SATTU - 2 SPOON
COLD WATER - 1 GLASS 
SUGAR / JAGGERY - 1 SPOON
ICE CUBES - 2

2.FOR SECOND RECIPE-

SATTU - 2 CUP
GHEE - 1 .5 CUP
SUGAR / POWDERED SUGAR - 5 SPOON
FOX NUTS / DRY FRUIT ( ROASTED ) 1/2 CUP( IT'S OPTIONAL)

METHOD FOR SATTU DRINK

Put jaggery in the water for 15 minutes to make solution form it.
You can take sugar  instead of jaggery.
Take one glass of cold water.
Add sugar or jaggery solution in sattu.
Mix it very well.
Add ice cubes.
Sattu drink is ready to serve.
Sattu drink is full  of fiber and keep good our digestive system.
Sattu drink has a cold  effect and is a perfect drink for summer.
It decreases the risks of all the diseases related to stomach.
It  consists the right amount of protein.

Method for Sattu Churma

Take sattu in a bowl .
Add sugar in it.
Now add ghee in sattu and mix it very well.
You can add some dry fruits( optional).
Sattu churma is ready to eat.
Sattu churma is really very delicious and healthy dish .
It  consists iron ,magnisium and phosphorus.Sattu keeps our stomach cold and gives   more energy to do work.
It controls our body temperature also.

So, do try this drink and churma in your home. It is perfect dish to have in summer.
