Mango Shrikhand


INGREDIENTS


STRAINED  CURD ( YOGHURT) - 1.5 CUP

SUGAR POWDER - ½ CUP

CARDAMOM POWDER -2 PINCH

MANGO PUREE - 1 CUP


FOR GARNISHING


ROASTED FOX NUTS - 1 BUNCH

ROASTED & CRUSHED  PEANUTS - 2 BIG SPOON  


METHOD

Firstly soak 2 cup curd  by keeping it in muslin cloth for 3 hours such that water  present in the curd will be completely removed.

After 3 hours ,keep soaked curd in a bowl and mix sugar powder and cardamom powder with a spoon.

Now add mango puree in it .

Keep it inside the refrigerator for 2 hours .

Now garnish the mango shrikhand with the help of crushed roasted peanuts and roasted  chopped fox nuts.

Serve this delicious mango shrikhand in bowls. Shrikhand is an Indian sweet dish made by strained dahi ( yoghurt). This dish is famous in Gujarat and Maharashtra .
