TARO ROOT'S VEGETABLE

INGREDIENTS


TARO ROOT -150 GM (BOILED)

GRAM FLOUR - 1 BIG SPOON

MUSTARD OIL - 3 TBSP

SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE

RED CHILI 🌶️ POWDER - 1 TSP

CORIANDER POWDER - 2 TBSP

GARAM MASALA - 1 TBSP


METHOD


Take a pan and heat the oil till it gives out smoke.Switch off the flame.


Take a pressure cooker and pour water in it. Now add  washed taro roots. Give two whistles.Taro roots have been boiled.


Peel these taro roots and press slightly in between the palm.(As shown in the given pic)


 lightly roast the gram flour in oil for 2 minutes. Now mix all the dry ingredients(salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala) in the gram flour.  Finally add taro roots  in this.


Our taro root vegetable  is ready to serve.

 You can serve this vegetable for fast also.

This dish is very delicious 😋 and easy to cook. You can cook it in 15 minutes.You can serve this tasty veg with chapati and poori.
