KANJI

INGREDIENTS


WATER - 6 LITERS

MUSTARD SEEDS - 3 BIG SPOON ( GRINDED)

SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE

BLACK 🥕 CARROT - 250 GM

FRIED CUMIN POWDER -  2 SPOON

BEETROOT - 1 FOR COLOUR

AND ONE CONTAINER.


METHOD


Peel carrots and beetroot and cut them into small pieces.

Take a jar with water.

Pour salt, mustard seeds powder, cumin powder,and pieces of 🥕 carrots and beetroot.

Put this jar or container in the sunlight for two days and shake it properly for 4 or 5 times in a day. 2 days kanji is ready to serve.

You can  drink kanji as it gives freshness and can cool our body easily.

We use beetroot to give red colour to kanji.

This drink is very healthy and delicious 😋.

This  drink is prepared during the winter season .

This drink is rich in antioxidants.

It is also known as a miracle winter drink.

It is rich in dietary fiber, vitamin K , vitamin C , potassium and manganese.

It is known to boost your digestion.
