PEAS SOUP

INGREDIENTS


PEAS - 1 BOWL

MILK - 1. 2 CUP

GINGER - ONE PIECE (GRATED)

ALL PURPOSE FLOUR - 1 SPOON

BUTTER - 2 TBSP

BLACK PEPPER - ACCORDING TO TASTE

SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE 



METHOD


Take a pan  with butter.

Add ginger and roast it till it becomes pink in colour.

On the other hand boil one bowl of peas in 1.5 cup of water.

Now drain  the water and collect it in another bowl and grind these boiled peas in mixi separately.

Add milk and all purpose flour in roasted ginger.

After 2 boils of milk add salt and mashed peas in it.

Add drain water of boiled peas in it. You can  add 1 /2 water in the pan.

After 2 boils ,add salt and black pepper in this.

Your hot ,delicious,and tasty peas soup is ready to serve.

This soup is very healthy, full of  protein and fiber.
