KESAR KHEER


INGREDIENTS



MILK - ½ LITRE

COTTAGE CHEESE - 1 CUP 

SAFFRON - 6-8 THREADS

SUGAR - ACCORDING TO TASTE

CARDAMOM POWDER - 2 PINCH

ALMONDS - 4 FINELY CHOPPED

PISTACHIO - 10 FINELY CHOPPED

CASHEW NUTS - 4 TO 5


METHOD


Take a pan with milk and boil it till it becomes thick in consistency on low flame.It will take maximum 30 minutes.

Add saffron,sugar and cardamom powder in the milk.

Add mashed cottage cheese and stir it for 2 to3 minutes.

Switch off the flame.

Garnish it with all the chopped dry fruits.

Keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Now you can serve it as a dessert.

It can be served for 4 people .

You must try this dessert.

It is really a marvelous dish and delicious.
