NAGORI POORI

INGREDIENTS


SEMOLINA - 1 CUP

WHEAT FLOUR -½ CUP

CUMIN SEEDS -1 TBSP

GHEE - 2 TBSP

WATER - AS REQUIRED

SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE

OIL - FOR FRYING


METHOD 


Take flour,salt, cumin seeds,ghee,and semolina in one bowl.

Make a tight dough with the help of water.

Make small balls.

Make poori with the help of rolling Pan.

Heat oil in another pan.

Fry these pooris till they become golden brown.

Serve nagori pooris with potato saag or mango pickle and hot tea.
