TASTY MATHRIS

INGREDIENTS


WHEAT FLOUR - 1.5 CUP

SEMOLINA - 1 CUP

GHEE - 1 CUP

CAROM SEEDS - 1.5 TBSP

SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE

WATER - 1 CUP

VEGETABLE OIL - FOR FRYING


METHOD


Take one bowl with flour and semolina.

Mix ghee,salt and carom seeds.

Make a tight dough with the help of water.

Now make small balls and then Make mathris by rolling pins. Make cuts on each Mathris lightly with the help of knife.

Heat oil in the pan.

Fry Mathris on the low flame.

You have to fry these Mathris till they become light brown in colour.

Your salty and tasty Mathris are ready to serve.

These Mathris are very healthy and delicious in taste.

You can try your own recipe and can serve as a snack.

You can store these Mathris for 30 days in air tight container.
