RICE PARATHAS

INGREDIENTS

FOR STUFFING-


RICE - COOKED (JEERA RICE)

SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE

RED CHILLI POWDER -1TSP

DRY CORIANDER POWDER - 1 TBSP

GREEN CHILLIES - 3 CHOPPED

ONION -1 ( MEDIUM SIZE) FINELY CHOPPED


WHEAT FLOUR - FOR PARATHAS


METHOD

Firstly make a dough with the help of water.

Make stuffing of parathas by mixing all the ingredients except wheat flour.

Make a ball of dough and press the ball by rolling Pan.

Add 1 spoon of rice stuffing in it.

Now make stuffed Chapati by giving softly pressure on Chapati.

Heat the tava.

Make parathas by using olive oil or refined.

Your stuffed rice paratha or rice roll is ready to serve.

These rice parathas are very delicious. You should try. I love rice parathas very much.

You can make the rice rolls from parathas also and can serve with fresh curd or pickle.

Serve these parathas with hot tea.
