EGGLESS RED VELVET CAKE

INGREDIENTS

ALL PURPOSE FLOUR - 1.5 CUP

COCOA POWDER - 2 TBSP

RED EDIBLE COLOUR - 1 TBSP

SUGAR POWDER -  1 CUP

BAKING SODA - 1 TSP

VEG OIL- 1/2 CUP

CURD - 4 TBSP

LEMON JUICE - 2 TSP

MILK( SHOULD BE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE) -1.5 CUP

VANILLA EXTRACT - 1 TSP

 

METHOD


Sieve all dry ingredients like all purpose flour,cocoa powder, baking soda.

Take sugar powder,oil,lemon juice,curd, vanilla extract and colour and whisk it till it becomes fluffy.

Take milk and add lemon juice in another bowl and leave it for rest. This will work like a butter milk.

Add wet ingredients to  dry ingredients,and add butter milk also.

Don't overmix the batter of red velvet cake.

Now preheat the oven at 180 degrees.

Grease the microwave safe bowl with oil and add batter in it.

Put your batter for 10 minutes in convection mode.

Your red velvet cake is ready. You can decorate cakes with buttercream.
