CHEESE GARLIC BREAD

INGREDIENTS


ALL PURPOSE FLOUR - 2 CUP

OIL - 4 TBSP

SOUR CURD - 4 TBSP

BAKING SODA - 2 TSP

BAKING POWDER - 2 TSP

SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE

OREGANO FLAKES - 3 TBSP

MILK - ¼ CUP

WATER - 2 TBSP

MOZZARELLA   CHEESE -(GRATED) SALT- ACCORDING TO TASTE

BUTTER ( AT ROOM TEMPERATURE) - 3 TBSP

CORNS - 1 CUP

GARLIC - 7 PIECES (CRUSHED)


METHOD


Take flour in one bowl.

Mix oil,curd,salt,baking soda, baking powder and oregano.

Make a soft dough with the help of milk and water.

Keep this dough for rest  for 1 hour.

Now make  two balls and roll it with the rolling pin.

Now apply butter ,crushed garlic and oregano mixture on the chapati.

Add grated cheese and corn on dough. 

Apply some water with your finger on the edges of  chapati.

Join one half with the other half part of chapati and press edges by finger.

Preheat the oven at 180 degree  on convection mode.

Apply butter mixture on the cheese garlic bread.

Keep this stuffed cheese garlic bread in the oven for 15 minutes.

 Hot and delicious cheese garlic bread is ready to serve.

You can serve it with tomato sauce.
