BESAN LADOOS
INGREDIENTS
GRAM FLOUR (BESAN )-4 CUP
GHEE -1 ½ CUP
CARDAMOM POWDER - 1 PINCH
BOORA ( TAGAR) - 2 CUP
ROASTED ALMONDS - 15 PIECES (CHOPPED )
WATER - 1/4 CUP
METHOD
Take gram flour and ghee in a pan .Roast gram flour till it becomes golden brown in colour. You should remember that we have to pour ghee as required. There should be no lumps in the gram flour and we have to roast this only low flame because it will give perfect texture and taste.
Now add cardamom powder and 1/4 Cup of water and stir this till water became remove from the mixture. Now keep it to cool down. When it can be touched by hand then it is ready to mix tagar in roasted gram flour.
Add chopped almonds and make medium sized ladoos with the help of palm.
Your gram flour ladoos are ready to eat.
These ladoos are healthy for children and elders. It is a famous Indian dessert and very delicious 😋.
