JALEBI AN INDIAN DESSERT

INGREDIENTS

ALL PURPOSE FLOUR - 1 CUP
SOUR CURD - ½ CUP
WATER - FOR SUGAR SYRUP 300 ML
EDIBLE YELLOW COLOUR - 1 PINCH
GHEE - 4 CUP
SUGAR - 1 CUP


METHOD

Take all purpose flour in a bowl and make a mixture of flowing consistency by using curd and water (as required ). Add one pinch edible colour in it. Leave this mixture for 35 minutes for rest.

Make sugar syrup by boiling 300 ml water and sugar  until 15 minutes.

Now heat ghee on medium flame.
Pour mixture in a bottle of sauce,and  make jalebi by giving shape as shown in picture.
 When it cooks  from both sides ,dip these jalebi in sugar syrup for 3 minutes.
 This special dessert of India is ready to serve .
