CHINESE SPECIAL MOMOS


INGREDIENTS

CABBAGE - 1 CUP GRATED

CAULIFLOWER - 1 CUP GRATED

ONION - 2 FINELY CHOPPED

ALL PURPOSE FLOUR - 2 CUP

WATER - 1/2 CUP

OIL - 2 TBSP

CARROT - 1/2 CUP GRATED

SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE

GINGER - 1 INCH PIECE ( FINELY CHOPPED)

GARLIC -  6 PIECES
PEPPER - 1 TSP



METHOD



Take all purpose flour and add salt & Make dough. Keep the dough aside

Heat oil in a pan  and add ginger , garlic, onion salt. Mix cabbage,carrot, cauliflower,pepper and cook   on medium flame for 4 - 5 minutes. 
Don't overcook these vegetables.
 Roll the dough into very thin, 4 - 5 inches rounds. Place  them on a flat surface,flatter them further with the help of rolling pin. Take each round and place  vegetables filling in the centre.Stuff with cooked vegetables. Bring the edges together and twist to seal it.Momos are ready to cook.

Place it in the steamer or cook these momos in steam for 10 minutes.

 Serve  momos with mayonnaise or garlic chutney or chilli sauce.
