CHILLI'S TIPORE
INGREDIENTS
CHILLI - 50 GM
MUSTARD OIL - 3 TBSP
CUMIN SEEDS - 1 TBSP
MANGO POWDER - 2 TBSP
CORIANDER POWDER - 2 TBSP
FENNEL SEEDS - 1 TBSP
CAROM SEEDS - 1 TBSP
WATER - 2 TBSP
METHOD
Wash green chilli and cut into small pieces and leave it for 5 minutes.
Heat oil till it burns.
Add cumin seeds,carom seeds and fennel seeds.
Add chilly, coriander powder and mango powder.
Now add salt according to taste. Stir it well.
Add water and cover it with a lid for 3 minutes .chilli tipore is ready to serve.
Serve this chilli tipore with chapati ,dal,and veggies.
