TASTY PUMPKIN BHAJI

INGREDIENTS

PUMPKIN - 1/2 KG
BAY LEAF - 1
CLOVES - 5
BLACK PEPPER - 6
CUMIN SEEDS - 1 TBSP
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP
GREEN CHILLI - 3 CHOPPED
TURMERIC POWDER - 1 TSP
GARAM MASALA - 1 TSP
KASURI METHI - 1 PINCH
SUGAR - 2 TSP
MANGO POWDER 1.5 TSP
AROMATIC SEEDS - 1 TSP
MUSTERED OIL - 4 TBSP
ASAFOETIDA - 1 PINCH
WATER - 1/4 CUP
CINNAMON - 1 PIECE

METHOD

Take mustard oil in pressure cooker. Heat until   it burn . Switch off the flame.  Add bay leaf, cloves,pepper, cumin seeds, asafoetida, cinnamon and aromatic seeds. Fry it for 15 seconds. Add turmeric powder,green chilli and salt.  Now we will add pumpkin pieces mango powder.  Add 1/4 cup of water .  Switch on the flame. Give 7 whistles and we have to open when pressure released. Add garam masala ,sugar and crushed kasuri methi in pumpkin.  Garnish it with coriander leaves.
