EGG CURRY

INGREDIENTS

CUMIN SEEDS -1 TBSP
EGGS - 4
ONION - 1
TOMATO - 1
GREEN CORRIANDER -25GM
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER- 1/4 TSP
KASURI METHI - 2 TBSP
GARAM MASALA -1 TSP
AMCHUR POWDER - 1TBSP
ROAST CUMIN POWDER -1 TBSP
TURMERIC POWDER -1 TSP
CORRIANDER POWDER -1 TBSP
BAY LEAF - 1
MUSTARD OIL -1/2 CUP

METHOD

Firstly boil eggs and peel ait properly.Take a pan with burnt mustard oil.Heat oil and roast your peeled boiled eggs. When eggs look golden brown then take out them from pan.
   Now in the rest mustard oil mix cumin seeds, bay leaf and chopped onion and roast this till it become light brown then mix chopped tomato.now mix salt and turmeric powder .lastly mix green corriander and cook this with some water.cover with lid.
When this mixture leave oil.Then switch off the flame.let it cool down.
Now blend this cool mixture  in mixi.
Now take a pan put this blend mixture and then mix , roasted Cumin powder,amchur powder kasuri methi,and garam masala. Mix well. lastly mix roasted boiled eggs.Boil it with this curry.
  Garnish it with corriander leaves.
Hot egg curry is ready to serve.
