SAMOLINA LADOOS
INGREDIENTS
SEMOLINA - 1 CUP
MAWA - 1 CUP
ALMONDS - 20 CHOPPED
CASHEW NUTS -15 CHOPPED
CARDAMOM POWDER - 1 PINCH
GHEE - 1 CUP
TAGAR OR BOORA -1 CUP
METHOD
Firstly take ghee in pan and heat it on low flame and roast samolina till then it becomes light brown. Now leave this for cool down.
Now take a pan and roast mawa till it become lift brown. Now cool down it.
Let both be little hot. Mix dry fruits and cardamom powder . Make bolls or ladoos with the help of palm and left ghee.
You can have it for 10 days in air tight jar and can eat . These ladoos are healthy and very tasty for children .
