HEALTHY BANANA CAKE

INGREDIENTS

WHEAT FLOUR - 1 CUP
SAMOLINA - 1/2 CUP
BANANA - 2 OF MEDIUM SIZE
BAKING POWDER -2 TSP
SODA - 1.5 TSP
VANILLA EXTRACT -1 TBSP
MILK -1/2  CUP
SUGAR -1/2 CUP
CHOCO CHIPS - 1 CUP
BUTTER - 2.5 TBSP

METHOD

First of all I want to say you that this is  tasty, healthy and delicious 🍰. You can give this to your children daily. Now to bake this cake we have to take these ingredients.
     Firstly seive the mixture of wheat flour , samolina,baking powder and soda .
Then take a mixi jar and 2 bananas,butter, sugar,1/2 cup of milk and churn this .
 After these two steps we have to mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients properly. In this batter we have to mix vanilla extract and choco chips for taste.
   Don't forget that you have to make batter consistency like ribbon by using milk. Your batter is ready to bake .For a meanwhile take a pressure cooker , remove the whistle and pre heat this for 12 minutes on medium flame.
 Put stand in cooker and place your batter bowl in it and cover with lid.
    After 15 minutes check your cake with the help of toothpick. My cake had cooked in 23 minutes. After 20 minutes switch off the flame and keep this banana cake inside to cool down.
