HOME MADE APPLE JAM
INGREDIENTS
APPLE - 1.5 KG
SUGAR -200 GM
WATER - 1/2 CUP
LEMON JUICE - 2 TBSP
METHOD
Take 1.5 kg apples and wash it and then peel it. Cut apples into small pieces.
Now take a pan heat it on low flame then take sugar in the pan and mix 1/2 cup of water and then add apple pieces. Cook these apple pieces on low flame and stir it continuously and don't forget to cover the pan with lid and after some time mash apples with the help of scoop.
After 15 minutes you will see that apple has become soft and we have to cook these apples till then its colour change
and it will also leave the surface of pan.
Now there is last step i.e. cool down this mixture and then mix the lemon juice.
Now you can keep apple jam in any container and can eat with Chapati and bread , and if you want to change the colour of jam then can add food colour ( what colour you want ) in it.
