SOYA CHUNKS CURRY
INGREDIENTS
SOYA CHUNKS - 3 CUP
TOMATOES -2
ONIONS -2
GARLIC -8 PIECES
GINGER- 1 INCH PIECE
DRY RED CHILLI - 4
CURD -1/4 CUP
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER -1/2 TBSP
TURMERIC -1 TSP
BLACK PEPPER - 1 SPOON
GARAM MASALA - 1/2 TSP
CORIANDER POWDER - 1 TBSP
WATER -1 1/2 CUP
OIL - 1 CUP
BLACK CARDAMOM -1
CINNAMON -1 INCH PIECE
CLOVES -5
METHOD -
Take chunks and soak them in salted boil water. Now grind tomatoes ,dry red chilli,ginger and garlic and make a paste. Take a pan ,heat oil and do fry chopped onions till they become light golden. Mix curd in soaked chunks. Grind golden onions and make paste.
Take oil in pan and mix black cardamom,cloves and cinnamon,tomato paste and fry it well then mix onion paste and fry. Now mix ,salt,red chilli powder,corriander powder,turmeric Powder. Now mix chunks and curd and mix well. Now pour water and pepper and Kasturi methi in it and cook till then it will leave oil. Your healthy ,hot chunks curry is ready to eat.
