EGGLESS FLUFFY BROWNIE

INGREDIENT

FINE FLOUR - 2 CUP
COCA POWDER -MORE THAN 1/2 CUP
SODIUM BI CARBONATE -2 TBSP
BAKING SODA -2 TSP
SUGAR POWDER -2 CUP
VANILLA ESSENCE - 15 DROPS
OLIVE OIL -1 CUP
MILK - 1 CUP
SALT - FOR BAKING IN COOKER
GROUND NUTS - FOR GARNISHING

METHOD

 TAKE ALL DRY INGREDIENTS ( FINE FLOUR,COCA POWDER, BAKING POWDER, SODIUM BI CARBONATE,SUGAR POWDER) AND POUR  IN SIEVE. MIX IT WELL AND SIEVE IT. NOW MIX OIL AND MAKE FINE RIBBON FLOWING BATTER. POUR SOME DROPS OF ESSENCE IN IT. FOR MAKING FINE BATTER YOU CAN MIX MILK.
   TAKE COOKER AND REMOVE WHISTLE AND GASKET. POUR SALT AND PRE HEAT ON HIGH FLAME FOR 7 MINUTES.
  TAKE A SILVER VESSEL AND GREESE IT WITH OIL. POUR BATTER IN IT AND GARNISH IT WITH ANY DRY FRUIT WHICH IS AVAILABLE . GARNISHING IS OPTIONAL.
  PUT THIS VESSEL IN PRE HEAT COOKER FOR 40 MINUTES ON LOW FLAME.
  CHECK IT AFTER SOMETIME WITH THE HELP OF TOOTHPICK. COOK IT TILL THEN IT WILL COOK PROPERLY AND GIVE CLEAN TOOTHPICK.
   NOW YOUR EGGLESS BROWNIE IS READY.
 TAKE THE BOWL OUT. LEAVE IT FOR COOL DOWN.
