MAWA LADOOS

INGREDIENTS


MAWA ( WHOLE DRIED MILK ) - 1/2 KG
BURA SUGAR (TAGAR ) -150  GM
OR ACCORDING TO TASTE
CARDAMOM POWDER - 1 PINCH
COCONUT POWDER - 100 GM


METHOD

Take a pan and roast mawa lightly. Then mix tagar ,cardamom powder and 60 gm coconut powder in it. Now make balls ( ladoo ) with the help of palm . At last cover these balls with left coconut powder. You  can garnish  it with chopped pistachios.ladoo are  ready to eat. These are healthy and tasty ladoos and prep time is 20 minutes.
