COCONUT PAAG

INGREDIENTS

GHEE - 4 TBSP
DRY FRUITS - ALMONDS (1 BOWL)
                         CASHEW NUTS (1 BOWL)
                         DRY COCONUT ( 1 BOWL)
                          PISTACHIO AND RAISINS (1 BOWL)
                         FOX NUTS ( 1 BOWL )

SUGAR -  1.5  BOWL
WATER - 1 BOWL

METHOD

First of all roast all the dry fruits in 2 tbsp ghee separately. Grind the half coconut and roast it . Take a pan and boil water and mix sugar on medium flame. Now make a sugar syrup of one thread. Immediately pour all the roasted dry fruits (cut into pieces ) mix well and set this mixture of paag in any plate and cool it for 10 minutes then cut it into pieces. Now your paag is ready .This is very healthy and tasty. We can use this paag for the Janmashtami Prasad too.
