PAPAD CHEESE A REGIONAL DISH

INGREDIENTS

PAPAD - 4
OIL - 2 TBSP
CUMIN SEEDS -1 TBSP
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1/4TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 TSP
CURD - 1/2 CUP
GINGER - 1 INCH PIECE
CORIANDER POWDER - 1/2 TBSP
CHEESE -100 GM
GREEN CHILLI  - 2 CHOPPED
GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES -  FOR GARNISHING
KASURI METHI - 2 OR 3 TBSP
ASAFOETIDA - 1 PINCH
TOMATO - 2 CHOPPED

METHOD
This is regional rajasthani dish and is very easy to cook. Prep time 20 minutes and will be ready for 4 people.
Roast papad in oven or gas stove.
Take a pan in which we have to take oil and heat it. Now mix cumin seeds,asafoetida,and kasuri methi and fry thi mixture for 3 minutes. Now mix tomatoes and cook it well till then it would leave oil.After 3 minutes mix 1 bowl of water and boil it and keep the lid on it.
 After boiling the water mix mashed curd and stir it continuously.
Mix salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder,coriander  powder and now add some pieces of cheese and broken papad pieces. At last garnish it with
coriander leaves.
