OATS UPMA A HEALTHY BREAKFAST

INGREDIENTS

OATS - 1/2 CUP
SAMOLINA - 1 CUP
WATER -2.5 CUP
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
LEMON JUICE -1 TBSP
MUSTARD SEEDS -1 TEASPOON
CURRY LEAVES -5-6
ASAFOETIDA- ONE PINCH
WHITE LETIN ( URAD DAL )- 1 TBSP
GRIND COCONUT - 1 CUP
GREEN CHILLI -  1 CHOPPED
CORIANDER  LEAVES - 1/2 CUP CHOPPED
CURD - 1/2 CUP
PEAS  -1.5 CUP
GHEE -1 TEASPOON
ONION -1 CHOPPED


METHOD

Take a pan and pour oats and do roast for few minutes. Now let it cool down.
Take pan of boil water and mix peas for boiling.
  Now take a pan and pour ghee .when it heated then pour mustard seeds,curry leaves and asafoetida and then we  will add chopped onion. Now add samolina and roast it for few minutes. Add roasted oats. Now add boiled peas water in it and stir it continuesly. Mix salt ,lemon juice,and 2 tbsp curd in it . stir it finely.garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and grind coconut. You can mix all .
   Now your oats upma is ready to serve. You can add more vegetables in it. This preparation is for 3 people. This is a perfect breakfast  for you. It is healthy breakfast and preparation time is 20 minutes.
