MANGO PANNA

INGREDIENTS

RAW MANGO - 5  (SMALL IN SIZE)
WATER  - CHILLED
SUGAR - 9 TEASPOON
ROASTED CUMIN SEEDS POWDER - 1 TBSP
ICE CUBES  - 10
ROCK SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE up
BLACK SALT - 1 TSP ( FOR TASTE )
MINT LEAF POWDER - 1 TSP ( DRY )


METHOD


Take a pressure cooker and boil 5 raw mangoes.
Then peel  off their skin. Take the pulp in another bowl and mash it with the help of blender then mix sugar  by blender in it. You can use this mixture for 3 or 4 days by keeping in fridge.
 Now take glasses and pour the prepared mixture( 5 spoons in each glass) in it . Then add some cold water , rock salt ,black salt, cumin powder,and dry mint powder in the glass . Now you can add some ice cubes in it.
   Your mango panna is ready to drink.
You can serve this for children and guests.
The main  and nessasary thing which I want share with you is that this drink is healthy and summer beating drink.  mango panna  can protect you from hot summer season easily.
