BOTTLE GOURD ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS

BOTTLE GOURD -1/2 PIECE
MILK - 1 KG
CARDAMOM POWDER - 1 PINCH
 SUGAR - 4 -5 SPOONS

METHOD

Take  milk in a pan and boil it. Then mix  grinded bottle gourd. Now add 1 pinch of cardamom powder and stir milk ,till then it become 1/2 of it. Then sperate the bottle gourd from milk wth the help of leave.  Grin this bottle gourd in mixer and then mix it in rest of milk. Cool  this milk and freeze it for 12 hours. In a mean while freezing you have to grind this ice cream mixture 3 times.
It will give you creamy ice cream and now you can decorate bottle gourd ice cream as you wish.
 I have taken  digestive biscuits crumbs and pour in bowl and then one  icecream scoop and decorate  by munchini.You can decorate like me or  can follow your way of serving.Its very tasty and healthy for children also.
