HOT MASALA BRINJAL

INGREDIENTS

BRINJALS - 7 TO 10 (SMALL IN SIZE)
OIL - 3 TO 4 TBSP
MUSTARD SEEDS - 1 TBSP
HEENG - ONE PINCH
CURRY LEAVES - 10 TO 12
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI - 1/2 TEASPOON
SAMBHAR MASALA - 3 TO 5 TBSP
POTATOES - 2 ( BOILED )


 METHOD

 Wash Brinjals and   cut into small long pieces. Take a pan and heat oil . Mix Brinjals pieces and cover the lid for 3 minutes. take out these  fried,cooked pieces of brinjal and mix mustered seeds , heeng ,and curry leaves in the left oil. Now mix pieces of potatoes ,salt,and sambhar masala and  fried Brinjals pieces in it.
      Your masala brinjal is ready to serve. Hot masala brinjals  is a mouthwatering dish.You can try this, the preparation time is 20 minutes.
