C U R D. R I C E
INGREDIENTS
RICE - 1 CUP
WATER - 2.5 CUP
CURD - 2 CUP
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
OIL - 2 TBSP
MUSTERD SEEDS - 1 TBSP
SPLIT CHICKPEAS -1 TEASPOON
SPLIT URAD DAL - 1 TEASPOON
GREEN CHILLI'S - 3 CHOPPED
DRY RED CHILLI'S - 4
CUMIN SEEDS - 1/2 TEASPOON
CURRY LEAVES - 12 TO 14
METHOD
Take rice , wash and soak properly for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes take a pressure cooker and pour rice and 2.5 cup water and switch on the flame. After 2 whistles , switch off the flame and open this cooker after 15 minutes. Let it cool down. Then mix 2 cups of curd and salt in it. Don't forget that curd should be fresh.Stirr it for 2 Minutes
Till then take oil in the pan and heat it and mix mustered seeds,cumin seeds and split chickpeas and dal urad . Cook this till it will become brown.Then mix dry red chilli ,green chilli and curry leaves. Switch off the flame and pour this tempering in curd rice.
